Shipping & Delivery — US Only

We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders are processed in 24–48 business hours and delivered in 2–5 business days. A tracking link is sent within 24 hours of fulfillment.

Coverage

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes may require standard timelines depending on the carrier.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to ship.

Delivery Estimates

  • US-Stock items: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery windows can be affected by weather, carrier capacity, or holidays. We’ll keep you informed if delays occur.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and select the best option based on your address and package size.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A tracking link is emailed (and/or sent via SMS if enabled) within 24 hours of shipment. It may take up to one business day for the first scan to appear.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your order? Contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After fulfillment, we cannot reroute packages.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Delays: Weather, holidays, or carrier constraints may extend delivery windows.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members/neighbors and allow 24 hours. Then email us with your order number.

Returns & Warranty

  • Returns: 30 days from delivery. Item must be new, unused, with original tags/packaging.
  • Exchanges: For speed, return for a refund and place a new order.
  • Damaged/defective: Email photos + order number within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
  • Warranty: 6-month functional guarantee against manufacturing defects on eligible items.
