Thanks for shopping at pumpra.com. Below you’ll find how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your supplier requires a different window, update “30-day” accordingly.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom/personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges / Replacements
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
